You and Beyond Companions LLC agree that the Superior Court of Santa Clara County (California) and/or the United States District Court for the Northern District of California shall have exclusive jurisdiction and venue. If any provision of this agreement is found by a court to be invalid, the parties agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and all other provisions of the agreement remain in full force and effect.
